Server Monitoring. Each server enjoys around-the-clock monitoring and service restoration. If your server is not responding, we'll reboot and monitor to insure there are no hardware faults. You can sleep tight knowing you have a partner working to keep you up and running. |
OS Reinstalls. We know sometimes you want to refresh your system or installed some software that just isn't working. That's why OS reinstall/OS changes are free. Just make sure you have a backup of your data and we'll reimage the dedicated server hard drive or simply provision a new VPS for you. |

Hardware Upgrades. We require no install fee for hardware upgrades. You tell us when you want it done and we'll take care of it. We also offer a unique annual upgrade plan to keep your server running at it's best now and into the future. |
Hardware Warranty. We offer a 2 hour hardware replacement on all standard servers once the root cause of the problem is uncovered. If you have a netsonic VPS, we'll simply migrate your virtual machine to another host within minutes, should the original become unstable. We work hard to keep your business up and running. |

Need a little help or another set of eyes to work through something? We've got you covered. We can provide hands-on help through our ProServices options on an as needed basis to help administer and maintain your dedicated hosting platform. This helps reduce your overall operational costs by eliminating the need to have an employee managing and maintaining the server while increasing security and uptime of your hosting platform.
However, we won't leave you hanging. We actually provide answers when others only provide network or hardware support or charge a per-ticket fee when you're just asking for a little help. Simply open a support ticket and you'll get a fast response from experienced people. If it's a problem that requires a complex solution, we will let you know and proceed under our admin rate.
