Colocation Services

When you order colocation services, we will allocate the IP addresses and forward them to you. Your gear should come configured with the proper IP's we allocated as well as the gateway. Should you need to drop ship your gear from a vendor, we can accomodate that as well. Once the gear arrives, we will rack it, power it up and attach a KVM so you can access the device and configure it to your specific needs.

We can also help you troubleshoot hardware issues by attaching a console or KVM for you to isolate any issue. If you need us to derack and ship a unit out for repair, we can do that as well, just provide an RMA number, address and prepaid shipping label.

Our Green Bay, WI facility is protected by a UPS battery backup and diesel generators which can hold 100% of our datacenter load, including air handling units for extended periods of time should there be an extended public service electrical outage. We're also protecting your investment through the use of waterless fire suppression. Our network is running through Juniper networks wire speed routers and switches with multiple gigabit ethernet uplinks to Time Warner and AT&T.
