Plesk hosting control panel domain limit upgrades. The free Plesk 10 domain license is only available for new server orders (new or existing clients). No Plesk control panel license can be installed over any existing installation. Supported base OSes for Plesk to run on are: Debian 3.1 - 5.0 32/64 bit • Ubuntu 6.06 - 8.04 32/64 bit • CentOS 4.x - 5.x 32/64 bit • Fedora Core 4 - Core 11 32/64 bit • Suse 9.3 - 11.1 32/64 bit • FreeBSD 6.1 We install Plesk 9.x (current) by default. Should you want version 8.6, simply note that in the "Comments" section of the order form. |

Maximum Configurations:
If you want to replace the included, single 160GB drive with a different sized drive, simply make a note in the "Comments" section of the order form and we will subtract $9/mo from the server cost and add the drive of your choice in it's place. If you order the blazing fast SSD drive option, it becomes the primary drive in your server. |

1 We will connect up to (4) of your servers together to a gigabit ethernet switch. Great for backups between machines or other high volume data transfer to prevent billing overages based on internal, server-to-server bandwidth. Servers may need to have an IP change if they are on different network segments. If your server does not have gigabit nics, we can install them for $9/month. 2 This secondary gigabit nic is used to communicate at 1000Mbps speeds between 2 machines that you own via a crossover cable. These nics are not connected to the external network, ie., the Internet. |

ProServices Options |

All listed ProServices are hourly. 1 Ensim Server Cleanup involves cleaning the stale mail queues, purging old log files, rebuilding the quota system, cleaning the database, adjust Sendmail for performance. Installation of enhanced firewall and brute force detection an additional $90. 2 OS reinstall/OS change is charged only if hardware has not failed. If hardware fails and an OS reinstall is needed, there is no charge. 3 Ensim backup configuration: We will configure Ensim to backup to an FTP server, or your local hard drive. |

1 We will configure a separate set of IP addresses on our DNS servers for your virtual nameserver hosts. You will then use our DNS interface to manage your domains under your own nameservers. 2 (16) IP Address limit per server. |
