OpenVZ is OS virtualization, meaning Linux only OSes can be run under a virtual server environment. KVM is full, hardware virtualization, meaning nearly any OS can be run including Windows and FreeBSD.

Plesk SMB user licenses indicate the number of administrative users, not domains. Each level allows unlimited domains.
