Server Monitoring—Service restoration. We can monitor up to 5 services that you need up at all times for $25/month. Should the service alert us to a “down” condition for any monitored service, our techs will remedy the issue based on your predefined plan of action to restore service.

This service is in addition to the standard ping tests every 5 minutes that all servers enjoy. If a ping fails, our techs will console the server to determine if it requires a reboot. If the machine is unresponsive, we will power cycle it. If you chose to block ping, please notify us and we will disable this monitor for your server.

Server Admin Tasks—As-needed administration, migration, and troubleshooting by our in-house experts. Provide us a list of what you need accomplished, we’ll give you a time estimate and get the job done!
